Making Excellence Inclusive

Well renowned Inclusive Excellence Consultant, Dr. Damon Williams will be joining The Evergreen State College for a two day residency on Thursday and Friday, April 19-20.  He will be speaking at a Keynote Address in the Library Lobby April 19th 6:30pm. Admission is free.

Dr. Williams has written numerous books and articles on inclusive excellence initiatives in higher education and with Fortune 500 companies. He has worked as an Associate Vice Chancellor, Vice Provost and Chief Diversity Officer for University of Wisconsin-Madison, Inclusive Excellence Strategy Leader with the AAC&U, and Chief Diversity Officer with the American Council on Education.

Member of the Faculty Zoltán Grossman will be reading from his University of Washington Press book Unlikely Alliances: Native Nations and White Communities Join to Defend Rural Lands, at Olympia Timberland Library, 313 8th Avenue SE, at 7:30 pm. The event is free and open to the public.
