The Greener Store accepts the following payment methods.

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards. We also accept Greener Store Prepaid accounts online (Your order must include the student's "A" number in the order comments section).

Ordering Online

Submit your order securely to us via this web site. Visit us again after you have placed your order to easily track your shipment and view order history. You can even choose to pick up your order in the store at no additional cost!

Substitutions

Our inventory of new and used books changes constantly. In some cases the textbook you select may not be available as you specified (new or used). In these instances we typically substitute new for used and vice versa to complete your order. As a result the total you will be charged when we fill your order may be different from the total quoted for the shipment. If you do not want any substitutions and prefer for us to cancel those titles which we can not fill according to your preferences, please include a comment to that effect in the "Special Instructions" field at the bottom of the shipping page during checkout.

Destination Sales Tax

Sales tax will be changed at the rate of your destination within Washington State. There is no tax on orders to an out of Washington State address.

Shipping Policies

The Greener Store is proud to offer you the most competitive shipping rates. All of our shipments are professionally packed to ensure the safety of your items in route.

On average, your order will be received in 7 - 10 working days. During August or December, delivery time may take longer. More info on shipping methods.

Returns

  • All merchandise must be returned in the original condition in which it was purchased.
  • We do not accept returns without a valid register receipt. This is required for all refunds or exchanges. 
  • If purchased online, a copy of the online receipt with the stamped ship date is required for any returns.
  • Refunds are issued in the same method as the original method of payment.
  • All merchandise purchased as "Sale" and/or "Clearance" may not be returned or exchanged.
  • Computer software, hardware and peripherals are non-returnable.
  • Defective software and peripherals will be exchanged for the exact same item within 5 days of purchase.
  • Defective hardware is subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
  • General merchandise, gift items and clothing may be returned within 14 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in good, unused condition, with the tags attached to the product. Clothing must be unworn and unwashed.
  • We reserve the right to request an ID during any transaction or to deny any refund, exchange, or price adjustment
  • The Greener Store management reserves the right to make the decision on the condition or salability of any merchandise.
